Program Objective
FLTP focuses on improving Federal lands transportation facilities that are located on, adjacent to, or provides access to Federal lands for which title and maintenance responsibility is vested in the Federal Government, and that appears on the national Federal lands transportation facility inventory.
This Assistance Listing 20.260 created in August 2025 was included in the previous ALN 20.205, please refer to former ALN 20.205 for FY24 and FY25 financial obligations. The new Assistance Listing 20.260 will be utilized by DOT at the start of FY 2026.

Description
This Assistance Listing is for the Federal Lands Transportation Program (FLTP). A program that provides funding for transportation facilities owned and maintained by the National Park Service (NPS), U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS), U.S. Forest Service (FS), the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Bureau of Reclamation (BOR), and independent federal agencies (IFA) with natural resource and land management responsibilities.
