Program Objective

This program is to provide mental and substance use disorder treatment, crisis counseling, and other related supports for children and adults impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Description

The program is to assist states, territories, and tribes to provide increased mental and substance use disorder services within their state, territory, and tribe during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Use of Funds

Allowed Uses

Provides funds for staff, travel, service providers and other expenses incident to the provision of mental and substance use disorders services, counseling to and referral of individuals impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Required Documentation

Costs will be determined in accordance with HHS Regulations 45 CFR Part 92 for State and local governments, must be used for this program..,
