Program Objective

This is allocation of funds for a highway program in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. It also continues to allocate funds to assist the governments of the U.S. territories (American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands) in constructing and improving a system of arterial and collector highways and necessary inter-island connectors.

This Assistance Listing 20.298 created in August 2025 was included in the previous ALN 20.205, please refer to former ALN 20.205 for FY24 and FY25 financial obligations. The new Assistance Listing 20.298 will be utilized by DOT at the start of FY 2026.
