Program Objective
Emphasis on expanding existing partnerships and the creation of new ones to initiate the reforestation of non-Federal mined land across the U.S. Increases in forestation procedures within these environmentally sensitive areas will be the basis for measuring performance.

Local Public nonprofit institution/organization (includes institutions of higher education), Other private institutions/organizations.
