Program Objective
To serve as the Nation's Chief Agricultural information resource by providing agricultural information products and services through traditional library functions and through modern electronic dissemination to agencies of the USDA, public organizations, and individuals.
Eligibility
Eligible Applicants
- Unrestricted by Entity Type
Those who may receive assistance and mutual interest cooperative agreements are described in 7 U.S.C. 3318 and whose primary purpose is conducting agricultural research. Mutual interest Research Support Agreements are limited to only colleges and universities.
How to Apply
Award Procedure
Proposed awards are reviewed by agency leadership to ensure they are in line with and compliment current agency priorities and align with the Administration priorities.
Decision Timeline
- Approval: From 60 to 90 days
- Renewal interval: From 30 to 60 days
