Program description
For FISCAL year 2023, funds are being made available to 100 congressionally directed projects. The PDM Grant program promotes a general goal of resilience and adaptation. The 2022-2026 FEMA Strategic Plan outlines three ambitious goals: The PDM Grant Program supports Goal 2: Lead Whole of Community in Climate Resilience and Goal 3: Promote and Sustain a Ready FEMA and a Prepared Nation.
