Program description

The Department of Toxic Substances Control’s (DTSC’s) Cleanup in Vulnerable Communities Initiative Equitable Community Revitalization Grant Program provided approximately $85.5 million in grants through a competitive process for investigations and cleanup of brownfields, in disadvantaged, vulnerable communities, to protect public health and provide opportunities for community revitalization.
