Program Objective

The purpose of this program is to serve as a national clearinghouse for information on rural health to support access to health care and improve population health in rural communities.

  • Nonprofit Organization

Eligible applicants include domestic public, private and nonprofit entities. Domestic faith-based and community-based organizations, tribes, and tribal organizations are eligible to apply.

All funds awarded are to be expended solely for carrying out the approved activities in accordance with the intent of the cooperative agreement as stipulated in the notice of award.
