How to Apply

Application Procedure

Applicants must apply through the on-line Grants.gov portal and the Department of Justice's JustGrants System.

Award Procedure

Upon approval by the Office on Violence Against Women, online notification is sent to the applicant agency. The Authorized Representative must accept the award online.

Applicants will be notified by the end of the fiscal year.

The purpose of this program is to assist law enforcement with the prevention, prosecution, and enforcement of cybercrime against individuals.

The program has 10 enumerated purpose areas relating to prevention, enforcement, and prosecution of cybercrimes.

Required Documentation

Specific criteria for the program are provided in an annual notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) available at www.justice.gov/OVW. Eligible applicants must meet the certification and assurance requirements at 34 U.S.C. 30107(c)(2). The annual NOFO contains information on how and what to certify/assure.
