Program Objective
Multiyear voluntary reduction in diversion of water or consumptive water use, to mitigate the impacts of drought in the Reclamation States, with priority given to other basins experiencing long-term drought (comparable to the Colorado River Basin), to be implemented in compliance with applicable environmental law.

How to Apply
Award Procedure
The awarded projects are fully funded at the time of award.
None. Final award decisions are not subject to appeal; however, the Bureau of Reclamation will provide all applicants with information on why their proposals were not selected for award.

Must be used for Reclamation Project water supply demand reduction and must be conducted pursuant to the reclamation laws and required environmental laws.
