Program Objective
This is a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) from the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) for Research and Evaluation, Demonstrations. Through this NOFA, HUD plans to solicit applications for cooperative agreements to engage in research, evaluations, demonstrations activities. Funding will be available under three different categories or “functions”:

Demonstrations

How to Apply
Award Procedure
Two types of reviews will be conducted: First, HUD will review each application to determine whether it meets threshold eligibility requirements. Second, applications will be reviewed by panels consisting of at least two independent reviewers and a panel manager. The reviewers will review and assign scores to applications that meet threshold eligibility requirements using the Factors for Award noted in Section V.A.
