To increase domestic consumption of organic dairy products to children and young adults. To diversify dairy products offered in learning institutions and at other youth and young adult focused program sites. To build partnerships with, and networks of, businesses involved in organic dairy product production and the distribution of organic dairy products within the DBI’s region.

How to Apply
Award Procedure
The agency will work collaboratively with DBIs to develop proposals. Proposals will align with a provided proposal template. When both the agency and DBI are satisfied with the project proposal it will be considered finalized and the cooperative agreement will be awarded.

USDA Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) seeks to enter into a three-year noncompetitive cooperative agreement with Dairy Business Innovation Initiatives (DBIs) to utilize their technical knowledge and relationships to purchase and distribute organic dairy products to children and young adults in institutional settings including colleges/universities, K-12 schools, and other youth and young adult focused program sites.
