This grant is for evaluating outcomes of Substance Abuse Treatment (SOR 3.0) programs using GPRA data collection methods. Eligible applicants include public Ohio colleges and universities, medical organizations, and entities with demonstrated experience in GPRA data collection, reporting, follow-up interviews, and technical assistance to interviewers. A SAM number is required. Applicants must be based in Ohio.
Geographic scope is limited to Ohio. The grant supports evaluation activities specifically for the SOR 3.0 initiative.
Program description
OhioMHAS announces applications for the SOR 3.0 grant GPRA Evaluator can now be submitted using the following link: SORTreatment@mha.ohio.gov Eligible applicants include public Ohio colleges or universities, medical organizations or other organizations that demonstrate experience with GPRA data collection and reporting, including conducting follow-up interviews and providing training and technical assistance to interviewers. Questions will be accepted through Monday, November 14th, 2022, at 11:59 p.m. electronically using the following link: SORTreatment@mha.ohio.gov All applications must be submitted electronically to SORTreatment@mha.ohio.gov by 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 30th, 2022. Requires SAM Number
