The amount of $2,000,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from Illinois General Revenue Funds to the Environmental Protection Agency to provide a grant to Lewis and Clark Community College for purposes of the National Great Rivers Research and Education Center (NGRREC). Administered by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency via the Illinois GATA Catalog of State Financial Assistance (CSFA 532-60-3081).
