Can you apply?
This grant is for Ohio companies, railroads, and local entities pursuing rail-related business development and transportation projects. Applicants must have a clear rail development opportunity and work with the Ohio Rail Development Commission. Projects must align with leveraging rail transportation benefits for Ohio communities and businesses.
The program supports both grant and loan applications. Interested parties should contact ORDC staff or visit their website to understand specific project eligibility and requirements. Cost sharing is not required.
Program description
The Ohio Rail Development Commission supports rail-related business development projects to help Ohio companies and communities take advantage of the benefits of rail transportation. Companies, railroads, and local entities with rail-related development opportunities may complete a Grant and Loan application at the ORDC website or contact staff for further information.
