Program description

The Department’s Office of Child Development and Early Learning (“OCDEL”), Bureau of Early Intervention Services and Family Supports, is seeking to award funds to qualified Applicants for the implementation of Family Support (“FS”) Programs. These programs consist of community-based, high-quality EBHV services. It is the Department’s priority to maintain the presence of no less than one FS Program within each of the 67 counties in the Commonwealth.
