This grant is for California libraries seeking to expand access to materials through the Zip Books interlibrary loan model. Eligible applicants are public libraries and library systems in California. The program supports ordering books on patron request and shipping them directly to patrons' homes, then adding returned copies to library collections. This model works as an alternative to traditional interlibrary loan and acquisitions processes.
