Description
Program Description
The Recipient will provide a trusted public platform for citizens to exercise oversight of federal funds. The Recipient will operate a multi-channel call center, utilizing trained specialists to intake allegations of fraud. This project involves a collaborative partnership where HHS OIG and the Recipient jointly develop investigative protocols and perform periodic reviews to identify systemic vulnerabilities to protect the integrity of public programs.
