Program Objective
ONRR shares 90 percent of oil and gas royalties with the State to be paid monthly subject to late disbursement interest.

Eligible Applicants

Revenue from public land leasing will trigger automatic payment disbursements computed in accordance with the law.
Beneficiaries

ONRR distributes these funds to state governments for leased lands within the State and the State government has sole discretion in their use in accordance with the enabling legislation.
