Program Objective

Tribal Electrification Program through the Inflation Reduction Act to provide zero emission household electrification to tribes and on tribal lands.

Required Documentation

Tribal Resolution, Letter of intent, program implementation work plan, environmental compliance agreement, a pro forma balance sheet, itemized budget for RESP activities and other applicable documents as specified within the DOI IRA Electrification Guidance document. This program is excluded from coverage under 2 CFR 200, Subpart E - Cost Principles.
