This grant is for California counties seeking to expand mental health crisis services for children and youth under age 21. Counties may apply individually or jointly. Private nonprofit corporations or public agencies can receive funding if designated by a county applicant. Eligible activities include mobile crisis support teams, crisis residential beds, family respite care, vehicles, real property, construction, equipment, and personnel costs for up to 12 months.

Program description

DTSC’s ISCP Loan Program provides loans for property owners, developers, community groups, and local governments to conduct preliminary endangerment assessment of underutilized urban properties. Loan used to conduct preliminary endangerment assessments. If redevelopment of property is determined not to be economically feasible, up to 75 percent of the loan amount can be waived.
