💡 Tips for applicants
- Demonstrate strong experience managing large-scale events and cultural programming. Detail past awards ceremonies or heritage celebration events.
- Show capacity to coordinate logistics for travel, venues, and multi-day activities involving dozens of participants.
- Emphasize partnerships with cultural organizations and media production capabilities for high-quality video content.
- Include a detailed project timeline that aligns all activities (ceremony, showcases, videos, travel) by the deadline.
- Highlight your organization's national reach and credibility in the arts/cultural heritage sector.
⚠️ Common mistakes
Underestimating logistics complexity. Managing awards ceremonies, showcases, video production, and travel for multiple fellows requires detailed planning. Vague partnerships. Don't just list partner names—explain specific roles and capacity. Weak budget detail. Break down costs clearly (venue, production, travel, staffing) and justify each line item.
