Program description
The purpose of the Program is to provide comprehensive support, including emergency shelter, to domestic violence victims/survivors and their children and to provide support for the development and establishment of domestic violence services to unserved and underserved populations. This specific RFP is soliciting proposals to provide culturally specific services (i.e., culturally relevant, and linguistically specific). Per Penal Code§ 13823.15-13823.16, all Subrecipients must provide access to emergency shelter and the supportive services, listed under the Program Components.
